A starter kit for using the CSI OAPI with ETABS or SAP2000

I wrote a starter kit containing all the necessary boiler plate for a ETABS/SAP2000 plugin. The code in the repository can be cloned and used as a launching point - simply add the functionality you want and then compile and load into ETABS or SAP2000.
